ABOUT FARMTASTIC

The story behindFARMTASTIC

FARMTASTIC was created by Dylan Resnekov, a second-generation professional dog trainer who has spent most of his life working with and around dogs.

From the early days, Louie, Dylan’s much-loved Frenchie and FARMTASTIC’s original mascot, was right there alongside him. Although Louie is no longer with us, he’ll always be a special part of FARMTASTIC and its story.

What started as Doggy Daycare has continued to grow and evolve. Set across 25 acres, FARMTASTIC gives small, social dogs a structured day filled with activities, enrichment, exercise, socialisation and plenty of downtime.

Today, FARMTASTIC also offers Farm Stays, giving dogs the same FARMTASTIC experience while their families are away — small groups, structured days, professional care and sleeping comfortably inside with us.

At the heart of it all is something pretty simple: know the dogs in our care, give them a great day, and make sure their parents know they’re in good hands.

Meet Dylan

Dogs have been part of Dylan’s life from a very young age. His father worked with dogs professionally, including serving in a paratrooper dog unit, so understanding dogs, training and behaviour was something Dylan grew up around.

Dylan later spent more than a decade competing professionally in Muay Thai, becoming a World Muay Thai Champion in 2009, and went on to co-found and run a martial arts academy for almost 20 years.

Eventually, dogs brought him back to where it all started.

That combination of professional dog training and years spent building structured training environments has heavily influenced the way FARMTASTIC operates today.

Structure matters. Consistency matters. And every dog is different.

FARMTASTIC isn’t about putting a group of dogs together and hoping they entertain each other. Their days are planned, supervised and adapted to the dogs we have with us.

Trust matters

We know you’re not just handing us a dog. You’re trusting us with a member of your family.

That’s something we take seriously.

We deliberately keep our groups manageable, assess new dogs before they join us and only accept dogs we believe are genuinely suited to the FARMTASTIC environment.

Dogs are cared for by Dylan and experienced staff, with their safety, comfort and wellbeing guiding how we run each day.

And we want parents to see what we see. That’s why photos, videos and updates are such a big part of FARMTASTIC — you don’t just hear that your dog had a great day, you get to see it.

FARMTASTIC Farm Stays

As FARMTASTIC has grown, Farm Stays have become a natural extension of what we already do.

Rather than creating a traditional kennel environment, we’ve kept Farm Stays intentionally small and personal.

Dogs enjoy structured days on the farm with activities, enrichment, exercise and downtime, before sleeping comfortably inside with us at night.

They’re cared for by Dylan and experienced staff, and because numbers are limited, we can get to know each dog and maintain the individual approach FARMTASTIC was built around.

One price. No activity upgrades or hidden extras.

Come and join us

Whether your dog joins us for Doggy Daycare or stays with us while you’re away, the goal is the same — to give them a safe, structured and genuinely enjoyable FARMTASTIC experience.

Every new dog starts with an assessment so we can get to know them and make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
